The Office of Continuing Education & Off-Campus Programs at Florida Gulf Coast University has partnered with leading industry subject-matter experts to develop a multitude of exciting workshops developed to help people enhance their skills. Each workshop is completely self-paced and participants are given a Certificate of Completion at the end.


SHRM Essentials of Human Resources

SHRM recertificiationFlorida Gulf Coast University Office of Continuing Education will be offering Essentials to HumanResources this fall 2020! The SHRM Essentials of Human Resources is an introductory course offering a comprehensive overview of the key aspects of HR, which provides 15 PDCs. It gives participants foundational knowledge and an introduction to behavioral competencies that are essential for business success. This course is ideal for those who are just starting out in the human resources profession, or those who are looking for an effective way to boost their employee management skills.
