COPYINGFaculty and staff can make copies at the machine located in their department by simply walking up to the device and selecting COPY. If your copy machine requires a PIN CODE to access, please see the copier administrator in your department to obtain the code.
SCANNINGFaculty and staff can scan to their departmental folders from the copy machines. Scanned documents are saved as PDF files within these department folders. All machines will scan in color (including black & white machines). There is no charge for scanning.
PRINTINGFaculty and staff can print to the copier located in their department from a networked computer. Download the printer driver from the University network initially upon printing for the first time. The Printer Driver name is PRN-50XXX listed on the front of the machine.
Student Printing Solutions
Students will have the ability to copy, scan, and print from machines located in the Library. Access to these student machines will be granted by swiping an Eagle ID card and the associated charges will be deducted from the card's Eagle Dollar balance.
