FGCU is partnered with Zeno Office Solutions to provide Xerox products across campus. Please contact Copiers@fgcu.edu for information on available products.

COPYING

Faculty and staff can make copies at the machine located in their department by simply walking up to the device and selecting COPY. If your copy machine requires a PIN CODE to access, please see the copier administrator in your department to obtain the code.

SCANNING

Faculty and staff can scan to their departmental folders from the copy machines. Scanned documents are saved as PDF files within these department folders. All machines will scan in color (including black & white machines). There is no charge for scanning.

PRINTING

Faculty and staff can print to the copier located in their department from a networked computer. Download the printer driver from the University network initially upon printing for the first time. The Printer Driver name is PRN-50XXX listed on the front of the machine.

The University has negotiated a four (4) hour maximum response time for service requests.

Toner Cartridge Recycling on Campus

All toner and ink cartridges are being collected and recycled in many locations on campus. Visit the Drop-Off Locations page to find a location nearest you, or contact us to request to add a new location.
