FGCU Art Galleries

Located on the main campus of Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, the FGCU Art Galleries serve as a dynamic platform for contemporary art exhibitions. Our mission is to enrich the educational and cultural experiences of students and the community through engaging exhibitions and programs. We showcase works by local, national, and international artists, presenting a wide array of mediums and perspectives.

Exhibition Spaces

Wasmer Art Gallery – Located in the Arts Complex, this gallery hosts major exhibitions and events.
Bradshaw Library Third Floor Art Gallery – Works from the Permanent Collection are on display on the third floor of the Wilson G. Bradshaw Library behind University Archives & Special Collections
ArtLab Gallery – A space dedicated to managing the Art Galleries Permanent Collection. Arrangements for viewing particular works from the collection and access to the database are arranged through contacting Caitlin Rosolen, Art Collections Manager via email: crsololen@fgcu.edu

FROM THE NORTH, VIA I-75

Take I-75 South to Exit 128, Alico Rd. Go east (left) on Alico Rd. for half a mile. Go south (right) on Ben Hill Griffin Pkwy for two miles. Turn left at the stoplight at the main FGCU entrance. After entering campus, stop at the information booth for a visitor’s parking pass and directions to the Arts Complex, TheatreLab, Wasmer Art Gallery, ArtLab, and Bower School of Music.

FROM THE SOUTH, VIA I-75

Take I-75 North to Exit 123, Corkscrew Rd. Go east (right) on Corkscrew Rd. for half a mile. Go north (left) on Ben Hill Griffin Pkwy for three miles. Turn right at the stoplight at the main FGCU entrance. After entering campus, stop at the information booth for a visitor’s parking pass and directions to the Arts Complex, TheatreLab, Wasmer Art Gallery, ArtLab, and Bower School of Music.
