Summer Camp/Conference Dining Menu
A Summer Camp/Conference Dining Menu has been assembled to provide the most affordable meal options to our customers. All of the meals can be customized to accommodate dietary restrictions and can be delivered to any location on campus for your convenience.
SoVi Dining - Located in South Village, is a convenient all you can eat meal location open from late June through early August.

Florida Gulf Coast University has a variety of spaces available for reservation including multipurpose, classroom, recreation, and athletic spaces. Facilities can vary in style and setup, to support a wide range of needs that will accommodate seminars, banquets, professional conferences, youth groups, and athletic camps.
Multipurpose rooms on campus range in size, typically seating 100+ people. Most of the multipurpose rooms can be arranged in various layouts and are equipped with computers, projectors, and projector screens.
Classrooms within our Housing facilities vary in size, seating up to 36 people. Most of the classrooms can be arranged in various layouts and are equipped with a computer, projector, and projector screen.
Study rooms within our Housing facilities are ideal for small group breakouts, individual study locations, or staff/ facilitator meeting room or headquarters.
Conference Rooms within our Housing facilities vary in size but can accommodate approximately 20 people. Conference rooms are ideal for a staff/ facilitator meeting room or headquarters.
Lounges within our Housing facilities are a great place to spend free time in between or after scheduled activities. Lounges vary in size and kitchen availability.
Our recreation spaces on campus include recreational and competitive pools and aquatics facilities, a beach waterfront, recreational fields, and outdoor volleyball and basketball courts that will be sure to accommodate your needs.
