Lusht, Kenneth (Ph.D.)
Kenneth M. Lusht, PhD, MAI, is Distinguished Professor of Real Estate at Florida Gulf Coast University, and is Professor and Associate Dean Emeritus in the Smeal College of Business at Penn State University. He previously served as Interim Dean of the Smeal College, as the Smeal College Associate Dean for Research and Director of Doctoral and MS Programs, as the Academic Program Director for the Continuing Education Program in Real Estate, and as Director of the Institute for Real Estate Studies. He is a Fellow of the Homer Hoyt Institute, and has served as a Faculty Associate of the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy, and as a Trustee of the Appraisal Foundation. He served on the Board of Trustees of the Center for Economic Studies, and has been a visiting scholar at universities in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Turkey and Finland. He has served on the Education Advisory Committee to the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission.
