Dr. Malimage’s primary teaching and research interests are in Accounting Information Systems, Fraud Examination, Accounting Data Analytics and Financial Accounting. Dr. Malimage has published research in Journal of Information Systems, Journal of the Association of Information Systems and Journal of Forensic and Investigative Accounting. He is currently working on several research projects and has started a new research project in Neuro-Accounting.

Dr. Malimage is originally from Sri Lanka and has worked in Singapore and England before migrating to the United States.
