My research interests lie in consumer psychology in general. Specifically, I work on how consumers make inferences about a company or a product from given information. My research experiences can provide students with a different angle to think about how marketing strategy is interpreted on consumers' end.

• MAR 3023 - Introduction to Marketing

My research on consumers' reactions to a company's CSR activity has been published in the Journal of Business Research. This research shows that prior endeavor of a company's CSR initiative prevents consumers' vindictive behaviors toward the company's product failure.
