Concrete Exposure Day

Each year FGCU, the Florida Department of Transportation, and the Florida Concrete & Products Association join together to showcase the latest concrete industry practices. Professionals may receive professional development hours for attending all sessions. Certificates will be provided at the conclusion of the last session. This year's Concrete Expo will be held on October 7, 2025.

James “Jamie” Driggers is a seasoned engineering professional with a distinguished 23-year career at the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). Mr. Driggers previously held the roles of District Two Planning and Environmental Management Engineer and Program Management Engineer. In these roles, he provided oversight for D2’s Work Program, Specifications and Estimates, Program Services, and Local Programs Offices. Mr. Driggers has a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in both state and local government, finance, and the importance of continuous external engagement. Mr. Driggers currently serves Florida as Secretary of District One, part-time farmer, and full-time fisherman.
