Recruitment Events
Career Development Services offers a range of career fairs to fit every student's need. Our in-person, on-campus events give you the opportunity to meet and network with well known companies throughout the Southwest Florida region and beyond. All of the events in the section will also satisfy the Career Event requirement for the Soar in 4 program.

All Majors Career & Internship Fair | Oct. 12 | 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM | Cohen Student Union Ballroom | The All Majors Career & Internship Fair will be our largest fall university-wide career recruiting event for students in all majors to meet over 80 employers interested in hiring FGCU students and alumni to fill full-time, co-op, and internship opportunities in companies from all areas of interest. Free professional headshots are available. Registration for employers opens on August 14th on Eagle Career Network. |
Fall Teacher Recruitment Fair | Oct. 18 | 9:00 – 11:00 AM | Cohen Student Union Ballroom | This event brings to the university public and private schools seeking to hire FGCU students or alumni into teaching positions. Education, English, Math, History, Art, and Music majors are encouraged to attend, and all majors are welcome. Registration for employers opens on August 14th on Eagle Career Network. |
TECHMatch | Oct. 26 | 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM | Cohen Student Union Ballroom | This event is a collaboration with Career Source of SWFL and the Southwest Florida
Tech Group. Students will be able to engage with area companies who are looking to
hire students interested in the field of technology into part-time, full-time and
internship opportunities. |
Water School Career Expo | Nov. 9 | 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM | Academic Building 9, The Water School | This inaugural event will give students the opportunity to meet employers from the
environmental and natural resources fields in the nonprofit, government and private
sectors who have career positions and internships in environmentally-related career
paths. |
Arthrex Day | Nov. 14 | 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM | Cohen Student Union Ballroom | Students from all majors — as well as alumni, faculty, and staff — are invited to this open house event. Stop by to explore career opportunities with Arthrex, a leading developer and manufacturer of medical devices based in Naples, Florida. |

Interviewing Strategies Workshop |
