About the Speaker: Juan J. Flores, Jr. has over 20 years of financing, project management and transportation/resiliency planning (public/private) experience working across the U.S. in supply chain operations and sustainability, ports/waterways and Class I freight railroads. His responsibility includes developing quality assurances and quality controls (QA/QC) implementation plans for state/federal agencies He has also worked with counties in developing Capital Improvement Plans (CIP) forecasting the capital needs and projects for parks, buildings, airports, rail right-of-way acquisition, highways and water & sewer facilities. He has developed regional strategic plans for local/statewide Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPOs) and Economic Development Corporations (EDCs) agencies to ensure a coordinated planning strategy.
