Our judging process is rooted in one central idea: leadership is demonstrated through learning, evidence, and articulation. Judges scored each presentation based not on intent or effort, but on what was clearly communicated and demonstrated. And creativity was highly encouraged as innovation is a valuable part of leadership.

Leadership Style & Self-Awareness, Issue Identification & Community Relevance, Reflective Practice & Analysis, Application for Sustainable Impact, and Presentation & Communication.
