We offer a wide variety of group fitness classes that are free to the FGCU Community, as well as custom personal training to meet your specific goals. We also offer small group training which is a great opportunity to add new dimensions of fitness into your routine by combining personal training and group fitness.
Group Fitness classes are offered daily, free to the FGCU Community and University Recreation members.
Personal Training is offered to the FGCU Community for a small fee as single, dual, or group packages.

USAW Level 1 Olympic Weightlifting Certification Course
FGCU is hosting the USAW Level 1 Coaching Certification on April 1 - 2. Registration is January 5 - March 31. In this two-day course, participants will gain practical information about how to safely and effectively teach how to snatch, clean, squat, and jerk as well as how to best utilize weightlifting movements for beginner lifters and sport performance athletes. WERQ Dance Fitness Certification Course
FGCU will be hosting WERQ on April 15, which is a fresh and fun pre-choreographed dance fitness format based on current, charting pop and hip-hop music, and you're invited to attend! The training day covers the basics for teaching a safe and effective WERQ dance fitness class, and it also includes a live WERQ Pop Up class. Interested?
