The climate change minor enables students to investigate the impact of climate change on a local and global basis, including sea level rise, changing weather patterns, and ocean acidification. These issues will be of critical importance in the coming years, with the potential for major negative impacts on human health as well as the area’s economy, including tourism and real estate.
