The Career Caddie is a centralized AI-powered guide that walks students through FGCU PGM's structured nine-step internship placement process, which supports 11 credit hours of required internship coursework (HFT 3948 and HFT 4948) tied to the PGA of America’s 16-month paid internship requirement. It provides real-time guidance on site selection, employer contact identification, outreach strategy, employer correspondence, and interview preparation while reinforcing program standards.
PGA Golf Management students (all cohorts)
Role of the AI Agent: Process navigator, career coach, and triage system that ensures students follow required internship protocols while scaling individualized support.
Resume Caddie (Virtual Resume Coach & Evaluator)
The Resume Caddie is an AI-driven resume development tool that evaluates student resumes against a detailed program rubric and PGA industry standards, supporting both the 11 credit hours of internship coursework (HFT 3948 and HFT 4948) and the successful completion of the PGA’s required 16 months of paid internship experience. It provides targeted feedback and assigns a grade to guide revision and ensure professional-quality submissions aligned with employer expectations.
PGA Golf Management students (primarily first- and second-year students)
Role of the AI Agent: Resume evaluator, feedback engine, and iterative coaching tool that allows students to refine their materials before formal submission.
