Renae Thomas, M.A is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Leadership Studies, building on a strong foundation in education and program development. She holds a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on Educational Technology from Florida Gulf Coast University, where she is also a proud alumna. Renae brings a background in leadership development, instructional design, and participant support, with experience creating impactful programs. Her work has focused on developing engaging, learner-centered experiences that support growth, confidence, and leadership potential.

Dr. Kristen Musselman is an Instructor in the Management Department at Florida Gulf Coast University. She has taught Intro to Business, Principles of Management, Team and Group Processes, Business Strategies, and the Integrated Management Capstone. Dr. Musselman previously worked in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions as an Associate Director where she managed and collaborated with a team of eleven. She was responsible for creating business processes, performance management, and the processing of thousands of applications and application materials for FGCU. Dr. Musselman holds an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership and a MPA, with a management concentration, from Florida Gulf Coast University, and a MBA, MS, and BA from West Virginia University.

Dr. Bajaba is an Assistant Professor of Management at FGCU.  He holds a Doctor of Business Administration in Management from Louisiana Tech University (LaTech), a Master of Science in Financial Engineering from New York University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from KAU. He completed the High Potentials Leadership Program at Harvard Business School. His primary personal and research interest include proactivity, and adaptivity in the workplace, leadership, cross-cultural organizational behavior, and corporate governance. His research work has appeared in over 30 refereed journal articles and presented at international conferences. An Associate Editor, Editorial Board Member, and ad hoc reviewer for several international journals in the field of Management and Organizational Behavior.

Scott Geiger is a management professor at the University of South Florida’s Muma College of Business in the School of Marketing and Innovation in St. Petersburg. He researches and teaches strategic management. He motivates his students through courses that teach international management and global business environment. Dr. Geiger has published his work in multiple top-tier journals, including Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Organizational Research Methods, the Journal of Business Ethics and the Journal of Business Research, to name a few. He is also a recipient of the USF Teaching Award and a three-time recipient of the college's Teaching Award. He currently serves as the treasurer of the Southern Management Association. He earned a PhD in management, an MBA and a bachelor's degree in finance from Florida State University.

Dr. Daniel Huerta joined FGCU in 2019. He currently serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Economics & Finance and as a Research Fellow for the Lucas Institute for Real Estate Development & Finance. Prior to joining FGCU, Dr. Huerta served as an Assistant Professor and Associate Director for the Student Managed Investment Fund at the College of Charleston.

Matthew Leon is an Associate Professor of Management in the Coggin College of Business at the University of North Florida. In addition to a Ph.D. in OB/HR, Leon has worked as a Civilian Research Scientist and Applications Analyst for the United States Navy’s Naval Aerospace Medical Research Laboratory and Naval Medicine Operational Training Center. Further, he has worked as a defense contractor for the United States Army specializing in selection and test development. Outside of behavioral research in the academic and public sectors, he has several years of experience as a human resources professional in healthcare and manufacturing settings.

Mr. Thomas Mathews is an Instructor in Finance. He received his M.A. [Econ] from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and his MBA. [Fin] from Seton Hall University, NJ. He teaches in the areas of Business Finance and Security Analysis. His research interest include pedagogical issues and banking. Mr. Mathews has extensive experience in banking [> 30 years], serving as Treasurer at two banks; prior to switching careers, he was CFO of Spencer Savings Bank in NJ. He currently serves on the Board of CFA Society Naples.
