The Employee Engagement Collective (EEC) is a strategic initiative designed to foster a sense of community, recognition and professional growth among all university employees. This collective will serve as a collaborative platform to recommend enhancements for employee satisfaction, retention and institutional alignment with FGCU’s mission. The EEC will work in collaboration with the Internal Communications Committee together representing steps toward a more connected, motivated and resilient workforce.
