Employee Engagement Collective

The Employee Engagement Collective is a strategic initiative designed to foster a sense of community, recognition and professional growth among all university employees. This collective will serve as a collaborative platform to recommend enhancements for employee satisfaction, retention and institutional alignment with FGCU’s mission. The Employee Engagement Collective will work in collaboration with the Internal Communications Committee together representing steps toward a more connected, motivated and resilient workforce.
