Taskforce on FGCU Governance

The Taskforce on FGCU Governance was created to strengthen our workplace culture by fostering shared responsibility and accountability across the university. Building on the foundation of the COACHE Shared Governance Work Group, this taskforce takes a broader approach that includes both faculty and staff voices. Our goal is to align values, improve communication and create a more connected, collaborative campus community.
