About the Event Series
The Dendritic Industry Forum Series Brings FGCU Faculty Together With the Leaders, Practitioners, and Employers of a Single Regional Sector to Examine How Artificial Intelligence is Reshaping Their Work. Each Forum Focuses on One Industry, Moves Quickly From Concepts to Concrete Use Cases, and Closes With the Questions That Matter Most Locally: What is Already Working, What Talent is Needed, and What Responsible Adoption Looks like in Practice.
Since November 2024, the series has convened sector conversations across commercial real estate, construction, financial services, healthcare, K-12 education, and small business, reaching hundreds of Southwest Florida professionals and connecting them directly to FGCU expertise.

Sessions formats:
A typical forum combines a framing keynote, a panel of sector practitioners, applied use-case demonstrations, and structured networking. Forums are designed for decision-makers: technical depth is offered where useful, but the emphasis is on adoption, workforce, and return on investment.
