Graduation Checklist

Graduation information and reminders will be sent to your EagleMail email account.
Please check your email for any updates.


Fall 2025 Checklist

    1. Meet with your advisor to review and verify degree requirements and complete the Application to Graduate on GULFLINE. 

    2. Applications to graduate for Fall 2025 must be submitted to GULFLINE starting December 15, 2024 but no later than April 15, 2025. If you fail to meet this critical deadline, you will not be allowed to graduate and participate in the Commencement ceremony.

    3. Be sure to include your correct mailing address on your Application to Graduate.

    4. Clear any financial holds on your account that will prevent you from receiving your diploma. Holds can be viewed on GULFLINE.

    5. Complete the 'Exit Interview' through Financial Aid if you have received student loans.

    6. Complete and submit Service Learning hours by September 22.

    7. Complete the "Fall 2025 Graduating Student Survey" which will be emailed to students eligible to graduate.

    8. Please update your contact information so we can share information with you after graduation.

Spring 2026 Checklist

  1. Meet with your advisor to review and verify degree requirements and complete the Application to Graduate on GULFLINE. 

  2. Applications to graduate for Spring 2026 must be submitted to GULFLINE starting July 15, 2025 but no later than November 15, 2025. If you fail to meet this critical deadline, you will not be allowed to graduate and participate in the Commencement ceremony.

  3. Be sure to include your correct mailing address on your Application to Graduate.

  4. Clear any financial holds on your account that will prevent you from receiving your diploma. Holds can be viewed on GULFLINE.

  7. Complete the "Spring 2026 Graduating Student Survey" which will be emailed to students eligible to graduate.

  2. Applications to graduate for Summer 2026 must be submitted to GULFLINE starting December 15, 2025 but no later than April 15, 2026. If you fail to meet this critical deadline, you will not be allowed to graduate and participate in the Commencement ceremony.

  3. Be sure to include your correct mailing address on your Application to Graduate.

  4. Clear any financial holds on your account that will prevent you from receiving your diploma. Holds can be viewed on GULFLINE.
