A Day of Solutions

The day is built to produce three things:

Current Practice:

What AI is actually doing today across disciplines and job functions in the region.

Real vs. Hype:

A shared read on which claims hold up and which do not, from the people running the tools.

Stop / Start / Continue:

Concrete next steps, compiled and published after the event

AI Day favors live demonstration and structured conversation over talking heads. You will see what organizations are actually running, sit down with the people running it, and leave with potential solutions for your business problems.

The expo floor stays open all day. Short presentations run continuously in the pitch theater. Facilitated breakouts push participants to compare where they were last spring against where they are now, and to name what moves next. Lunch is boxed, so the room keeps working.

Four Spaces, Running All Day.

Nothing is sequential. Freely walk between any room that aligns with your interests.

Tables of six to eight. Group seating, not audience rows, with a facilitator on every prompt.

Themes include AI in higher education, AI in HR and recruiting, AI in business and regional economic development, AI maturity and the hype question, human-centered AI, and adoption beyond computer science.

Every session is captured with digital charting tools and compiled into a published post-event summary
