In SWFL, it is safe to say the summer heat has hit, so getting enough to drink is important whether you’re playing sports, traveling, or just sitting in the sun. In the below Nutrition video, Home Base’s Registered Dietitian Emilie Burgess, discusses the importance of hydration, signs/symptoms of dehydration, and some tips and tricks to increase your water intake.
