The Department of Records Management develops, evaluates, and implements a records management program that promotes university-wide participation and accountability in an effort to achieve compliance with Florida State Statutes, University Regulations and Policies and to contribute to the preservation and advancement of Florida Gulf Coast University.

*Annual Personal Shred Day is on April 23 from 12pm-2pm
The Department of Records Management has partnered with Secure On-Site Shredding to shred paper documents (no electronics) for faculty, staff, and students onsite safely and securely. The Secure On-Site shred truck will be located at the bus loop of Parking Lot 5 near the Student Plaza.
