A lonely girl and a foreign prince may find happiness together if only they can navigate a forest full of the seven deadly sins and another perhaps even greater foe: Sadness. In Timberlake Wertenbaker’s reimagining of the Cinderella story, both Ashgirl and Prince Amir must overcome their own darkest fears and insecurities if they are ever to have hope of a happily ever after.
