Director of Board Relations and Associate Corporate Secretary
Tiffany Reynolds directs daily operations for projects, meetings and programs to ensure objectives in support of key internal and external constituents are achieved for the Office of Board Relations. Ms. Reynolds started at FGCU in 2001, earning a bachelor of arts degree in psychology and a master of arts in counseling, and began working for the university in 2008. She served previously in the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships and the Office of Undergraduate Studies.

Assistant Director of Board Operations
Melissa Pind is the Assistant Director of Board Operations in the Office of Board Relations. Ms. Pind assists with the procedural, administrative and strategic functions of the FGCU Board of Trustees. Ms. Pind joined the Office of Board Relations in October 2017. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems Technology, and a Master of Education in Workforce Education and Development, both from Southern Illinois University Carbondale.

Board Relations Coordinator
Laura Dowden is the Board Relations Coordinator in the Office of Board Relations at Florida Gulf Coast University. In this role, Ms. Dowden supports the Assistant Director of Board Operations by assisting with logistical planning for FGCU Board of Trustees meetings. Ms. Dowden is an FGCU alumna, holding a Bachelor of Science in Health Science, and is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Event Leadership at the University of Central Florida.
