Consistent Monitoring
Once your project has been disseminated, it is important to consistently monitor it. For example, does your project include links to other resources? If so, it is necessary to constantly monitor the links so that they do not become broken and/or inaccessible. FGCU is responsible for accessibility for all of its materials, including links to 3rd party sites, so it is essential that these are continuously monitored. Also, how long is your project viable? Is it something that you will continue to use semester to semester, or is it an event flyer that is only used for one semester? Making sure that all documents no longer needed are removed ensures that they do not become inaccessible.
