 COVID-19 Suggested Event Guidelines 

Due to the recent CDC recommendations regarding gatherings, Campus Reservations has created suggested event guidelines to help plan a successful event.  In the meantime, Campus Reservations is more than happy to work with each event contact on rescheduling their events to later dates.  Please e-mail us at or give us a call at (239) 590-1090. Monday-Friday 7:00am 6:00pm
Saturday-Sunday 11:00am  4:00pm

*The Cohen Student Union will have adjusted hours for the duration of the Spring Semester
