Phi Kappa Phi

Phi Kappa Phi - Chapter 408

Founded in 1897 at the University of Maine, Phi Kappa Phi is the nation’s oldest, largest, and most selective collegiate honor society for all academic disciplines. The Florida Gulf Coast University Chapter of Phi Kappa Phi was established in 2020 and Phi Kappa Phi membership is among the highest academic honors to which FGCU students may aspire. Aside from recognizing and promoting academic excellence in all fields of higher education and engaging the community of scholars in service to others, Phi Kappa Phi provides numerous awards and grants —nearly $1 million each year— for undergraduate students, graduate students, professionals, and institutions.
