We offer a wide variety of group fitness classes that are free to the FGCU Community, as well as custom personal training to meet your specific goals. We also offer small group training which is a great opportunity to add new dimensions of fitness into your routine by combining personal training and group fitness.

Group Fitness classes are offered daily, free to the FGCU Community and University Recreation & Wellness members. 

Personal Training

Personal Training is offered to the FGCU Community for a small fee as single, dual, or group packages.

Self Defense Series

In this series of three classes, staff will cover the basics of self defense. Participants will learn and practice material including how to quickly get away from an attacker, how to fall while preventing injury, and the most effective ways to keep yourself safe.

ISSA Yoga Fundamentals Certification will teach participants the foundational practices of yoga instruction. Topics to learn include:
