Early Childhood Education (B.A.)

Why Study Early Childhood Education at FGCU?

FGCU’s B.A. in Early Childhood Education (PreK–3) prepares you as a future teacher to make an impact from day one through extensive classroom experience, expert faculty mentorship and strong partnerships with local school districts.

As a student, you will gain hands-on learning through two FGCU Early Learning Centers and clinical placements in Lee and Collier counties. The program also gives graduates a competitive advantage by integrating three teaching endorsements — Reading, ESOL and Disability — directly into the curriculum.
