Dr. Brigitte Belanger, Occupational Therapy professor, and Occupational Therapy students, completed a project with United Way, for their Day of Action!

United Way received a grant of $2,000, and asked for the help of Dr. Belanger and students to help create at home occupation activity plans and health promotion pamphlets.

The OT class of 2021 created 8 information sheets to accompany the activities, as well as packed all 200 bags for delivery! The activities were offered to seniors caring for loved ones with dementia in the Lee County area.
