PAID: Student Coordinator of Service-Learning Trips and Initiatives

Plans and executes service-learning trips and large-scale initiatives that provide
meaningful, hands-on experiences for students. Oversees logistics, partner relationships,
and participant engagement while leading student ambassadors that bring these initiatives
to life. This student coordinator will create, coordinate, and assess weekly service-learning
trips to a variety of sites across SWFL. This position will also assist in the supervision
of Guided Trip Leaders who facilitate the trips that someone in this position has
planned, and other student ambassadors.

Some responsibilities include...
- Reach out to community partners to set up and schedule ongoing guided trips for student
Guided Trip Leaders
- Assists with student outreach data collection and interpretation
- Ensure the backend process is implemented in Eagle Service Network during and after
each trip for all guided trips
- Provide regular check-ins and meetings for the Guided Trip Leader Team and other student
ambassadors

Leads campus outreach and engagement efforts to increase student participation in
service-learning and communicate its impact. Supervises a team of ambassadors while
managing on-campus partnerships and data tracking to expand reach and effectiveness.
