Event Classification Questions
Your designated event planner within Campus Reservations may ask for detailed information so that we can accurately classify your event.
In June 2009, the FGCU Board of Trustees adopted the Use of University Facilities Regulation which established the priority of use for campus facilities as instructional and academic in nature. In April 2010, the accompanying policy was passed which provides more specific guidance related to the user groups and their associated requirements.
