Within their appointments, joint faculty members undertake teaching, service, and/or scholarly pursuits that fortify The Water School's mission. These endeavors are dedicated to educating both our students and local communities about the environmental intricacies of Southwest Florida. They forge partnerships aimed at fostering resilient communities and cultivate a scholarly environment that enriches teaching, learning, and the overall well-being of Southwest Florida. Through their expertise, our joint faculty bolster The Water School's capacity to tackle intricate environmental issues by employing transdisciplinary approaches rooted in natural sciences, social sciences, and economic studies.
