FGCU Employee Relations believes in cultivating positive working relationships where employees feel valued and engaged in their work. ER provides consultation and guidance to our campus community to assist in Conflict Resolutions, Performance Management, and Interactive Engagement Resources. Through positive reinforcement of FGCU Regulations and polices, Employee Relations works to build the foundation of a positive working environment to support employee development.
