Procurement Services Uses Euna as Its E-procurement Application. All Solicitations Are Advertised, Issued, and Managed Through the Euna Portal.
If you wish to view or participate in a current or future solicitation, please register through the Euna link.
- Electronic Submissions Only: All solicitation responses must be submitted electronically via Euna. Hard copy, faxed, or emailed responses will not be excepted.
- Timeliness: Solicitation closing dates and times are enforced by the e-procurement system. We recommend uploading your bids, proposals or replies well in advance of the deadline to ensure a successful submission.
- Addenda & Intended Decision Notifications: Clarifications in the form of addenda and notices of intended decisions are posted directly in Euna. It is the responsibility of the supplier to register (at no charge) to receive these updates.
- Solicitation Meetings: Pre-submittal meeting and opening dates, times and locations are specified within each individual solicitation in Euna.
- Evaluation Committee Public Meeting Notices: Notice of public meetings for evaluation committees responsible for evaluating proposals or replies is posted below for general public access.
