Tuition Fees Programs
The Tuition Fee Voucher Program provided by the University allows full time employees and their spouses and/or dependents with financial assistance for ongoing education with a total of 6 credit hours per semester for FGCU courses.

The Tuition Reimbursement Program is designed for eligible employees who are accepted in degree programs of study not available at FGCU that assist them toward enhancement and growth in their current roles and that assist the University in its goal of talented and dedicated faculty and staff.

Little Eagles Learning Center
The Little Eagles Learning Center (LELC) is an Educational Research Center for Child Development (ERCCD) on the FGCU campus accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children. The center nurtures and cares for the children of FGCU students and employees in a safe and lifelong-learning environment. Affiliated with the College of Education, the center offers high-quality early care and education to 58 children between 6 weeks and 5 years old.

About 17% of the employee pool participates in the FGCU Tuition Voucher Program for themselves or a family member each fiscal year.
Employee Assistance Program
Effective January 1, 2021, the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is provided by KEPRO. KEPRO EAP will be available to provide services to all employees and their dependents free of charge. Our EAP has an abundance of resources to help you manage everyday challenges or significant life events through a robust support network and is available 24 hours per day/365 days per year. Some of the services offered by KEPRO include the following:
- Confidential counseling and support
- Online and mobile access to resources and referrals
- Management and Organizational services
- Legal services
- Financial services
- Eldercare & Childcare support & resources

With the issuance of an Eagle ID, Faculty and Staff are granted special perks.
