The Online Learning Academy II (OLA II) This Academy is designed for instructors/faculty who are experienced facilitators in the online learning environment. The Online Learning Academy II is 100% online and includes videos, activities, readings, discussions, and risk-free implementation of advanced user online instructional strategies. The Advanced Online Learning Academy meets online for eight weeks and expects approximately five hours a week to successfully complete learning objectives.
Objectives:
You will explore, discuss, and effectively apply
- “Designing for Learning” techniques
- Methods to foster community, student persistence, and success
- Online student motivation strategies
