Early Morning Exercise & Stretching Sessions

Suanny Zamora, DPT Student and Group Fitness Instructor, has started an early morning stretching class on the turf, every Tuesday and Thursday morning from 7:15-7:45 with the Department of Rehabilitation Sciences. This 30 minute wellness class incorporates elements of mindfulness and stretching aimed at improving postural awareness and releasing tension.
