Retirement Celebration in Honor of Remarkable SON Faculty and Leader

The School of Nursing hosted a retirement celebration at Marieb Hall on April 28, 2022, to honor, celebrate and recognize the dedication of our Nursing faculty who will be retiring starting in May, June and July of 2022.

We bid a fond farewell to six of our Amazing School of Nursing faculty- Seated in headline picture, from left; Dr. Rosann Spiegel, Program Director, Nurse Anesthesiology; Dr. Anne Nolan, Director, School of Nursing; Dr. Lolita Melhado, Assistant Professor, DNP program; Dr. Cheryl Swayne, Assistant Professor, DNP program; Mrs. Katherine Ingram, Instructor I, BSN program; (not pictured) Mrs. Tina Ellis, Instructor I, BSN program.

This remarkable group have over 200 years of combined professional Nursing experience. We thank you for your individual contributions to the School of Nursing during your time of service at FGCU, your efforts will span far and wide for years to come. 
   
We congratulate each of our SON retirees and wish each of you a wonderful and joyous new journey and a well deserved retirement.
